| LOCATION | Northeastern State University-Broken Arrow 3100 E. New Orleans, Broken Arrow, OK 74014 |
| COST | Exhibit space is $100 per booth and includes two conference registrations. |
| BOOTH EQUIPMENT | Each booth will be equipped with 6’ tables and folding chairs (please indicate how many you will need on the application form). Table skirting WILL be provided this year. Electricity is also available. Please specify on the registration form if you need electricity. If so, please bring an extension cord with you. |
| SET UP & TEAR DOWN | Exhibitor set-up hours are 7-8 a.m on Thursday, February 7. Exhibit hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please do not dismantle your exhibit before 4:00 pm. |
| LUNCH | Two lunches are included with each exhibit space registration. |
