Desiree Webber

We would like to thank Desiree Webber, award-winning author of children's books for elementary to middle school readers, for presenting and autographing The Buffalo Train Ride during our 2009 EEExpo. This true story shares the tale of fifteen buffalo that traveled from the Bronx Zoo to the Wichita National Forest and Game Preserve in Oklahoma to create the first federally-funded bison refuge in the United States.
